SIX WEEK HEALTH & FITNESS PLAN

This is for everyone who needs a hand to make a change.  Whether that's in motivation, diet, fitness levels or staying power!  All I ask is for you to give 100% for six weeks - you can work at your own pace or challenge yourself against others - its all down to you.

FITNESS

You will receive weekly workouts to be done at home or the gym.  You have access to an online library of workouts or you can come to a fitness class.
